Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from chuckley.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. chuckley.com is operated by HUY LANH LLC. In these terms, “Chuckley”, “we” and “us” mean HUY LANH LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders must be delivered to an eligible address in the United States or the United Kingdom.

Account & Orders

You can check out as a guest. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept your order when PayPal confirms your payment and we send an order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, a clear pricing error or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout. PayPal is our accepted payment method. US orders are charged in USD and UK orders in GBP.

The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. For UK orders, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Every item is printed to order. Processing takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days. Shipping costs $4.95 flat rate in the United States and £4.95 flat rate in the United Kingdom. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items up to 30 days after delivery, with free return shipping for US and UK orders. Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Information & Availability

We describe products and show colors as accurately as we can. Because items are made to order, small differences in print placement and color between screens and the final product can occur. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. We may change or remove products at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on chuckley.com, including designs, text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to HUY LANH LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell any of it without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to try to break into our systems, or to submit false orders or payment information.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided as described. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those stated in our policies. This does not affect any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

Payments are handled by PayPal and deliveries by carriers. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these terms. Orders already placed and paid for will still be handled under our policies.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with an order, email support@chuckley.com first. We will try to resolve it informally in 30 days. If we cannot, either party may take the matter to the courts described in Section 16.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
