Free return shipping. We do not charge a return shipping fee for change-of-mind or sizing returns. This applies to both US and UK orders.
Even though every item is printed to order, you can return it if it does not fit or you change your mind. Ask for your return up to 30 days after delivery, and we send a prepaid label at no cost to you.

Production can start during the 2–5 business days processing window, so contact us as early as you can. We reply during business hours, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT, and confirm the result by email.

UK
United Kingdom
UK returns are shipped back to our return address in the United States. Return shipping is still free. We email you a prepaid label and we do not charge a return shipping fee.

Refund or exchange
We process your refund or exchange in 2 business days after inspection (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).
Your UK consumer rights are not affected. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel a UK order under those regulations, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Send the item to the return address printed on your label.

We inspect it
We check the returned item when it arrives.

Replacement ships
Your replacement is printed to order and ships in 2 business days after inspection. If the item you want cannot be produced, we issue a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment. If you paid with a card through PayPal Guest Checkout, the refund goes to that card. We email you when the refund is issued.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges
Return shipping is free for every eligible return. The original shipping fee ($4.95 US or £4.95 UK) is non-refundable, except when the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, or when UK law requires us to refund it.
Defective or wrong items: email us photos of the item and its label up to 30 days after delivery. We send a free replacement printed to order or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
